VRC produces welded steel mesh concrete reinforcing and steel fencing which are supplied throughout Vietnam. The operation has a purpose built factory in Ho Chi Minh City and operates factory premises in Hanoi.

The Company was established under the Foreign Investment Laws of Vietnam as a 100% foreign invested enterprise in terms of an Investment Licence issued on 19 June 1993. The nvestment licence has been extended to 2023.
