Austnam Joint Stock Corporation (VII shareholding 67%)
Manufactures cold rolled steel roofing and wall cladding materials from its factory in Hanoi.

                                     
 
Vinausteel Limited (VII shareholding 70%)
Manufactures steel wire rod and steel reinforcing bar from its rolling mill in Haiphong.
  
 
   
 
SSESTEEL Ltd (VII shareholding 100%)
Manufactures steel wire rod and steel reinforcing bar from its rolling mill in Haiphong. 
    
VRC Weldmesh (Vietnam) Ltd (VII shareholding 100%)
Manufactures automated welded steel mesh concrete reinforcing and steel fencing from its factories in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
 
  
 
     
 
Total Building Systems Ltd ( VII shareholding 99%)
Provides total building solutions from engineering through to construction, located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
